KW street comfort

With the individual height adjustable KW street comfort coilover kit a lowering of 10-40mm can be realised, depending on the vehicle. This way the customer has the fl exibility to improve the look, with consideration of bigger wheels and tyres. At the same time the lowering has a positive effect on the driving dynamics and road contact.

KW HLS (hydraulic lift system)

The HLS provides additional road clearance for lowered vehicles. When expanded, a range of up to 45 mm of lift is produced, thereby helping sport cars avoid road clearance diffi culties such as speed bumps, road construction, etc. KW HLS is available as vehicle specific solution or individual conversion kit depending on the car model.

KW HLS 2 and 4

HLS is available in two different versions: HLS 2 which is fitted to the front axle and HLS 4 which can be attached to the front and rear axle and allows lifting the entire vehicle. The hydraulic cylinder unit is located on the coilover body between spring perch and spring. Depending on the car type and model, KW HLS is either available as a vehicle-specific solution or as a conversion kit for KW or OEM coilover kits.

KW HLS individual

For extremely lowered sport compacts or other sports cars, there is a universal kit available. Not only reserved for high-end sports cars, KW HLS Individual can also be used for other popular automobiles, e.g. Audi A4, Ford Focus, Nissan 370Z. KW HLS individual is fitted in combination with a coilover suspension.

KW competition

The race programme KW Competition has been developed for national and international motor sports. Today, KW Competition is successfully used by various race teams on many race tracks around the world. Our motor sports department has own structures and therefore it is possible to form a special team who can then meet the high and quickly changing requirements of the customers in a flexible and target-oriented way.

Racing shock absorbers, complete solution, 2-way adjustable: KW Competition 2A

Our two-way adjustable racing shock absorbers are based on the twin tube damping principle. The rebound- and compression forces can be adjusted separately, each at the end of the piston rod or at the casing floor. This damping system allows to equip racing cars, own constructions, exotic cars, kit cars or classic cars with a custom-made and high-quality damping system. Due to construction-related reasons, an assembly up to a damping angle of 45° is possible, where as the damper casing always has to point downwards. More angle is possible with a horizontal assembly. Please note your design needs when ordering, then we can finish the damper accordingly.

Racing shock absorbers, complete solution, 3-way adjustable: KW Competition 3A

Our 3-way adjustable race shock absorbers consist of Mono tube dampers with a separate remote canister for dampening adjustment. The damper has been developed for professional motor sports use. We offer solutions for nearly every use: circuit, slalom, mountain, rally, cross, formula cars. Nearly any application situation is possible. The free assembly and attachment of the equalising tank makes this possible.

KW suspensions

The KW Suspensions program has been developed in addition to the famous KW coilover programme. The aim of this programme is to use the existing resources, the know-how from motorsport, the direct access to high-quality materials and perfect organised industrial production for conversion of car specific sport suspension kits. KW also would like to achieve visual and driving dynamical improvements, meet OEM quality and offer a superb price/performance ratio.

KW Sport Suspension kits consist of high-quality springs and specially matched sports shock absorbers with shortened stroke which are aligned to the new ratio. The aim of the extensive driving tests is to achieve an ideal collaboration of the shock and spring units and a signifi cant improvement of the handling and drivability. The sporty, harmonised tuning offers a high degree of driving dynamic and safety without loosing the comfort.

KW suspensions coilover spring kits

The KW coilover spring kit is used for lowering the vehicle in combination with the serial dampers, even when electronic damper control is installed. This lowering solution from KW optimises the dynamic performance and the steering behaviour without the electronic damper control deactivated.

KW quad suspension

The market for “All Terrain Vehicles” (ATV) and quads has been grown very fast in the last few years. The biggest danger of a quad on the road is the high center of gravity in combination with a higher level of grip than in off-road use. When using KW quad suspension, the center of gravity is lowered and increases importantly the passive safety including a better look and optimum performance.
